Selfish! You Decide?!

Dear readers,

I'm having conflict right now. Oh gosh!! As a human why do we always been worried, over thinking, negativity and lose. ::>_<:: Teehee! It's probably me, myself only. Well, we don't have happy story everyday, sometimes we faced a bad day too. A very bad day. .·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·.

Now, I'll share with you about my working life. As an accountant, your honesty, capabilities and professionalism always be a question by your boss. To gain their trust, it was very difficult. o>_<o~ I don't know is it me only or happen to others too. But I faced once situation before. =￣ω￣=

Every end of the month is the happiest moment for every salaryman in the world. I happened to prepare their salary everymonth, however this boss of mine always delayed the payment. I don't care if it's mine but there are people who waiting eagerly for their salary, to pay their liabilities, for their families and for any responsibilities. ~T_T~ But this people who supposed to pay them all delayed and go enjoyed himself somewhere with an annoyed reason which was stressed out because of business. -_-! Hey you! We knew you hold our pay cheque but remember we didn't work for the benefit of you but for the best of the company.

To be honest, I love this company, the people who worked for it and the product we built together. However, with your lead, everything went wrong. (*>.<*)  You promised to be with us for anything but in the end you actually blamed us for everything.  ╯﹏╰  You know how sad it is when you ask us to start find a new job as to you finding one is like buying a candy in the market. %>_<% You should see each and every employee of yours when you said those words to them. How broke their heart, it is not easy to find another job nowadays. And it's really broke my heart. ~T_T~

Now I decided to leave the company but the real is I have decided to leave you. I am not quitting the job but I'm quitting the boss. (*^﹏^*) I love my job very much but the style you lead us, it will hurt the company even more. I am not saying I'm good but I will not stop learning and you have too. ~^O^~ Learn to respect, to receive opinion and the accept critique. We told you because we care. We won't tell you if we didn't care because we are a small team. We have to be with each other. Y(^_^)Y I hope one day if I ever meet you again, you will become someone who really did look like an enterpreneur. ＠(￣-￣)＠

We are leaving the company and you. To the company, thanks for be part of my learning and experienced. You taught me about how cruel the business world are. To my former boss, change and be someone that I can proud of. Someone that I can share the story about. Learn to respect other people and learn to receive opinion. Money can't buy you anything because money only bring you worry.(*^﹏^*) Until we meet again...Thank you. ~＠^_^＠~
